Where to start?.. this doesn't even qualify for 1 star. first off, the box that it arrived in looked old and watermarked for some reason which is puzzling as this is supposed to be a new phone. On opening the box and trying to get the phone set up I realized that the face/screen of the phone was separating from the back of the phone as well as going blank or dark when certain areas are touched, please tell me how this is possible when again this should be a new phone. It's lifting up completely and I'm really disappointed and pissed that it was WAY WAY less than I expected. No doubt that this product that I received does LG a total disservice
